WHAT IS A MASTER'S GROUP ?

  • A small group (6 – 10) of pastors who are committed to each others’ success in ministry and life.

  •  A monthly gathering led by trained facilitators.

  • An intentional context for relationship development, leadership skill enhancement, and ministry challenge solution generation.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?

  • Senior/Lead Pastors of local congregations who have a learner’s heart.

  • Leaders who are willing to commit to consistent participation in the group.

  • Pastors who want to thrive in ministry and life…and help others do the same.

How Are Master's Groups Different?

Getting Pastors together in a small group is not a new concept.  Designing Pastors groups with the level of intentionality, solutions orientation and ministry-relevant content experienced among a trusted ‘band of brothers and sisters’ IS a new concept.  Here are some of the reasons Masters Groups are unique:

‚Äč

  • Each group has a trained facilitator

  • Relationship development is intentional and authentic

  • Content is relevant and immediately applicable to your ministry setting

  • Each group meeting includes a peer consulting process that targets solutions for current ministry issues

  • Your church is encouraged to support your participation in the group
